  Eternal Rest handle the final arrangements for my only biological grandchild. One of their Directors handled a very heart wrenching situation very unprofessional. My son, who was the father of the deceased, lost his composure (I deeply regret and I publicly apologizey) but you just don’t know his story. I was frantic, I feared he would be another black young man wrongfully mistreated. BUT one of the Directors, name Christy felt my pain, she step in and recovered the fumble, treated my son and I with DIGNITY and RESPECT. We weren’t the policyholder but that didn’t matter to her. She conducted the funeral Service with compassion for both sides of my granddaughter’s Families. Thank You Christy for being compassionate and professional. May God continue to Bless you and to the other Director (whose name I want mention) I lift you in prayer and I forgive you. You don’t know our story but God does and that’s who matters. #Standing on His Promises
