  I little while ago I went to make a cash deposit with my husbands payroll check for the 1st time at this location. They told me they couldn't cash it because my husband was not present even though he signed it and we were both on the account. I told them we need it the cash if there was maybe an exception could be done. The manager even came back saying he couldn't. When I asked why he said it's policy. I said well they always do it at my other branch he said go back there then. I said well you'll suppose to be one WF. I left... they didn't even tried to help by trying to verified check or call my husband. They didn't give me options... it would. It being nice for them to at least try to show they were doing everything they could ... all they said it's policy.
